Very pleased with the service we received in sales and financing. The staff went out of their way to find us the best deal. Would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly.
I have bought way too many cars in my life. But the experience at Lester Glenn is by far the best yet. From the salesperson (Ziggy), to the general manager to the finance person to the "get-car-ready for delivery" staff, the ENTIRE process was seamless, easy and very well done. Had a great experience, everyone was very professional and the process was smooth. Our sales man Ziggy and the manager Anthony were great . My husband and I will only be buying/leasing our vehicles from Lester Glenn from now on .
Extremely dissatisfied with the service at this location. Brought my vehicle in twice for the same problem. The first time they diagnosed it and replaced a thermostat. A couple weeks later I had the same problem and brought it back again. This time they tested it and said that something is wrong but they don't know what. Now they want me to drive it for 400 miles and then have them check the fluid levels and if it overheats to have it towed in.
