I came in for a regular oil change for my Acadia yesterday morning. And Eddie greeted me at the door and processed the paperwork for my oil change and tire rotation. He was so friendly. It's as if we were longtime friends. The whole service process took one hour. Eddie made things very fast.
Eddie took care of me at the service desk. Was in and out when promised! Nice working with all involved!

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the quality people that work there. My sales person Mike was a seasoned professional, Don the finance person was knowledgeable and efficient, and Glen the general manager runs the dealership like a family. Absolutely terrible experience, would never set foot in the door here again. I walked into the dealership to look at an Acadia. Not only did I walk around for a few minutes before anyone bothered to approach me, but when someone finally did I have never been spoken down to more in my life. Ralph talked to me like I was a helpless child and was trying to steer me away from even looking at a vehicle. The moment we pulled into the lot we felt welcomed! Our salesman Mike Amarando was wonderful. He let us take our time and never felt pressured. Mike took his time to explain everything to us. This was our first GMC purchase and will certainly not be our last. We highly recommend Lester Glenn GMC to anyone along with our salesman Mike Amarando!
