Unfortunately their customer service isn't what I would consider good. They have been rude and short on more than 1 occasion when we were asking for advice on treating our pool. On those occasions we were treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Also don't have them analyze your pool water. They will tell you it needs to be drained when it doesn't! IN the past service oriented so i ordered parts here. Was told they "would be in monday or tuesday, we will call you" never got a call. Called after woek tuesday phone off hook..so i drive to the store. Its open til 7pm, i get there at 5:30. i ask the worker if the parts came in. He says yes they are here but I wont get them out of the box.you must come in tommorow and they will be out of the box" SO he knows y parts are here..refuses to get them out for me and i have to waste my time and gas AND my pool sweep still does not... read more
