It's okay. We made our first visit on Wednesday afternoon. A friendly manager and one other (New or still training) staff member were present for about 6 customers. The parking lot seems small by today's standards but it was good to be so close on the way out. Their computer system was being wonky but they kept a good sense of humor and addressed the longer than expected wait time with sincere apologies. I'm likely to return but aware of other options in the area.

We bought a pool at the Wallingford location and they said they work with a certain company to put them in. We bought the pool June 21st, and it’s July 31st. Communication with their suggested contractor has been dismal at best. No permit has been pulled yet despite multiple attempts to contact him. The best bet it to pay a little more and go with a company that installs the pool for you. Oh and the best part is I can’t return the pool and do that because you only have 30 days to return it. Still waiting on my refund for a Hayward Aqua Critter Vacuum that was sold to me used, unbeknownst to me. Would have kept it if it worked but it never moved in my pool. Was told to clean it and return it to the manager (which i did). She took down my information and said I would get a call in a few hours. Going on a week + and no phone and the $222 dollar charge is still on my credit card!! NOT HAPPY SO FAR!!

Mary is so helpful and friendly. She is very knowledgeable and is always trying to save customers money. Her amazing ability to multi-task results in terrific service. I have heard her on the phone helping customers by checking inventory in other stores if she does not have the item(s). One can tell Mary loves her job!
