Dr Chan was very attentive and listened to my answers to his questions about my health concerns. Dr Chan's PA, April, suggested two ways to replace Percocet was a healthier means of pain relief.
Dr. Chan may be a great doctor, but his assistant (Heather) was rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I pointed out specific things I inquired about before scheduling my first appointment. She wasn’t involved in that conversation and became irate and belligerent when I mentioned she hadn’t heard the initial conversation. Also, prior authorizations are handled by a third party that the office staff isn’t even able to call with questions or to give information necessary to complete the PA.
Dr. Chan is great he listens and offers solutions . Him and the staff are amazing
Didn't actually treat me at all, he is just referring me to rheumatology. I've been on 50 mg tramadol 3x daily and up to 2 mg Klonopin for three years. Two years ago the dosages of both were higher. I asked to continue the Klonopin for muscle spasms and rigidity (I'm allergic to methocarbamol, gabapentin, lyrica, and the other muscle relaxers don't work on me probably because of my genetic disorders) and to continue the tramadol at just 50 mg 12 times per month.
