DR Chan & his staff we're amazing. I was stressed before I went for back shots. They made me feel comfortable & relaxed. 10 out of 10 I would & will recommend DR Chan. He did great work.
Dr Chan was very attentive and listened to my answers to his questions about my health concerns. Dr Chan's PA, April, suggested two ways to replace Percocet was a healthier means of pain relief.
Dr. Chan may be a great doctor, but his assistant (Heather) was rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I pointed out specific things I inquired about before scheduling my first appointment. She wasn’t involved in that conversation and became irate and belligerent when I mentioned she hadn’t heard the initial conversation. Also, prior authorizations are handled by a third party that the office staff isn’t even able to call with questions or to give information necessary to complete the PA.
