They ran the Ramada into the ground while I was working there. Regularly had no soap for the rooms and the lobby has no hvac whatsoever. In the summer it’s be well over 80 at the front desk. Checks bounced often and then he dumped it. Trash.
This is to express a concern about a managerial issue with Yvonne, at the newly acquired Waterloo Ramada Hotel by Leslie-Hospitality. I now understand why the high turnover of employees and low interest by clients and guest. Because of the toxic atmosphere and environment created by this bully, disrespectful, irrational style of management. I was hired as of recently and fired today for no rational reason at all.
