Extremely unprofessional. Never answers the phone. Ive been a patient here for years. I’ve been calling and leaving messages for months which have not been returned. I have requested my records. No response. They do not care about their patients or their health.
Good experienced Doctor but incompetent front office staff.. Referral coordinator lacks respect and compassion for the patients.
Lady answering calls should be fired. Horrible attitude.
