He knows his profession. He takes the time to mentally process the information given by patients and comes up with the appropriate diagnosis. He is a good doctor and one recognizes this from your first visit and those following. It is obvious that he is very experienced. The staff are on top of their game.
I like Dr. Shawn. He seems to be a very caring doctor. He listens carefully and offers great medical advice. He's not quick to prescribe medication; which is always a plus for me. The ladies at the front desk are always nice and friendly.
The doctor refused to provide me with my medical records reason for my discharge or any health related information is why they refused to provide me any refills for my medication’s for my chronic conditions. I informed the physicians office that I would take a situation with the department of health for the state of Florida at that point they threaten to call the police on me if I called them any further
Front staff are horrible. Nurses ok but the doctor actually takes orders from front staff. Can’t deal with them anymore. Also don’t even ask to talk to the doctor. They practically laugh. Appointment maker thinks she’s the manager and they talk about all the patience behind their backs. Once this doctor is gone, hopefully they follow.
Dr Shawn is one of the most caring doctors I have ever dealt with. He has a great staff and friendly office. I have been seeing him for over 13 years.
Me and my wife have had this doctor for 5 years. Him and his nurses are nice and profesional, but the other staff, especially the lady at the front desk is very rude. Anybody can have a bad day, that's why we have waited to change doctors, but this lady at the reception window is just rude all the time, even over the phone. Also the wait time is increasingly long as of late. Time to find a new doctor
The staff was rude. One of the ladies at the front desk commanded me to sit down while waiting because, according to her, I was in the way of other patients--despite the fact that the office was empty. After a few minutes I decided I did not want my medical information in the hands of people who didn't seem very nice, so I left. I was very disappointed.
