Huge shout out to David and the Mechanics @ this store, my Son and I were stranded (from La Center, WA) with bad bearings. They made room in their already full schedule to fix my truck so I could be home before the big storm hit our area!! Thanks again David and all the other guys in the shop that helped out!!! Glenda

I'm glad this wasnt my first experience with Les Schwab or i would not come back. They were very busy and possibly the only game in town (Hood River) so maybe that is why it took well over 30 minds to get my pressure checked so I finally just left I guess I'm just spoiled by the Layton Ut store where they literally run out to greet you and have you back on the road in a matter of minutes. Skip them if you don't have all day
Had to go in twice for the mistake they made. Far from the best customer service I've experienced with other businesses.
Mark took ownership of a problem and made things right. Great manager and guy!
