Drove in to replace all four tires. Walked into the office and The lady at the desk asked me right away what she could help me with. They didn't have the tires I wanted in stock, so she called in Morgan, who was very helpful with finding a different (better) tire at a good price. I waited no longer than half an hour before my car was done. I asked for a quote on servicing my brakes and, again, Morgan was very courteous as he got me some prices for that and made recommendations on some other issues. So back in 2012 I paid for two hankook tires on my Nissan 240sx coming to find out the transaction did not go through.. no phone call, no email, nothing to warn me about the item unpaid. This month, I got a letter saying that in 2013.... they sent me over to collections destroying my credit and making me pay an extra 170 bucks in interest fees. I should have known about his FOUR YEARS ago. It's now 2017 and I am just learning about this. I usually get better services at les Schwab but not at this location.. in this situation... read more
