I went to have new tires put on my car trailer and have a nail taken our of one of my truck tires and after sitting in the lobby for 2 and a half hours I finally go ask someone how it's going and they said oh its done and ready to go. Come to find out it had been done for an hour and nobody bothered to come over to the table I was sitting at and tell me. Then to top it off I get home and notice the nail is still in my tire on my truck and my wife even asked them how much they charged for the tire repair when we paid the bill... read more
