Most of the workers are slow. Acting like they’re busy but the main reason is being slow workers and getting paid more than those people who works hard. I guess they smart. If you ever needed a tires go to discount tires. Because les schwab is terrible. I remembered when i had to do my rotation they told me that i still have couple thousand miles until the tires need to rotate them came back again after almost a month for rotation then i was being told to buy a new tires cause I didn’t do the rotation and the front tires is ... read more

I had my oil changed at a dealership who told me my breaks needed to be replaced badly. I also needed tires so I brought my car to Les Schwab in Sandy and got my tires and they did a free break inspection. I am so glad I did that. The very kind and wonderful employees told me my breaks looked great and they didn’t need to be changed right now. Told switching winter tires on would take one hour up to an hour and a half. Clocking in at 2 hours now and they are just starting mine, meanwhile I have watched multiple other walk-ins get the same service after arriving after me and leaving sooner. Never bothered updating me and they didn’t look all that busy. Will try another business in the future.
So grateful for fast and friendly service! Headed home from night shift this morning and the tire pressure warning light was on. I was able to pull right in, get the tires filled and head home to bed. Thank you!
I purchased 4 new tires. They got me in and out in less than an hour. But....the next morning I had a flat the next morning. But.....I put on my doughnut spare and rolled slow back in there and they fixed it in about 15 minutes free of charge! Overall good experience.
My dad was looking for rims and the other schwab's wouldn't give him the time of day. I told him the people at my les schwab in Sandy are awesome! Sure enough Sergio did an amazing job helping him find some that would fit his bolt pattern. He was losing faith in Les Schwab and the Sandy one helped restore it! Keep up the great work! Friendliness goes a long way!
They changed out my u-joints and helped diagnose other issues I didn't know about before, bringing me into the shop and showing me first hand what was going on. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it!
