We got a flat on our rv, and they got it fixed. And got us back on the road. The employees there are the best. Super nice
Always friendly and excellent service. I’ve purchased tires here, had several tire punctures fixed here, and had one tiny rock removed from the brake pad. They have always taken great care of my vehicle and I. Fixes have been free, and they have always provided several tire options at varying and reasonable price points.
I took my car in to get one issue completed. After talking with them the day prior (getting estimates and totals) I brought my car in this morning. After picking my car up this afternoon, not only did they NOT complete what I had requested (or anything at all), they had a laundry list of $1200 of things that needed to be fixed. Thank you for wasting my time today Les Schwab. I won't be returning.
After buying $1000 tires I was surprised when I called to ask to get air put in my tires at my home which is only six blocks away from shop they want a $110 fee. No tire change....just air from their truck. My husband is quadraplegic so I thought our local store would be more accomodating but i was sadly mistaken. :-(
