RecommendedVery helpful. Got a nail in my tire and luckily realized before driving. Car was in my driveway fortunately but low. Called the folks at Schwab and they came out to inflate my tire so I could drive it in(I’m only a mile away). Very helpful and professional. I love having a tire place so close and helpful.

Worst customer service ever! I have an Audi that I took in there and left because it blew a tire on the freeway. ha they wouldn’t change the tire told me I had to buy four tires because it’s an all-wheel-drive car they’re brand new tires I’m not buying 4 just a replace one. Then I get a friend to come down and help me get my car he went and got my spare put air in it because it was flat then Proceeds to go put it on my car at Les Schwab because they won’t do it for me and we were told we can’t change my tire in the parking l... read more

Lisa, the engineers who manufactured your vehicle highly suggest 4 matching tires on your all-wheel-drive vehicle at all times to prevent drivability issues or potentially costly damage to the vehicle's drive-train. This means the same make, model, and tread depth of tire on all 4 wheel positions. Came in to the Les Schwann on Walnut in Everett the other day for a flat repair, the best part of the visit- the free popcorn. Apparently, I didn’t just have a flat but I needed 4 new tires! 😳 Unfortunately for the associate he didn’t know prior to my current occupation I worked at a tire shop. He tried to tell me that I had server wear on the inside of all 4 tires.
