Im not one to write reviews but tonight i had to go in and what i thought was to get a new wheel an tire but only had to get a wheel. I was very impressed with how quick i was helped and also after i was done i ended up having to go back due to tire not keeping air and they had my car pulled up before i was inside. Well, once again these folks have failed. Purchased tires for Trent's Rav 4 back in March. He had a blow-out and after sitting in the waiting area for nearly an hour or more, they tell him they can't fix it, that he has to buy 4 new tires. WTH??? I'll be calling the district manager again, but Les Schwab in Caldwell will now lose the biz for all four of our vehicles and we'll be telling everyone we know.

Zero stars. Had to put 1 star becayse 0 isnt an option. All they do is tell me I need four brand new tires every time I walk in the door.
