I took my car to get a tire repaired at 10 almost 11 am they said it would be an hour at 2 pm I called to see why my car wasn’t ready, they LOST my tire, go into the shop at 3 and they still aren’t sure if the tire they have is even my tire! Worst experience ever wont be back and definitely do not recommend
The wait was long but worth it. I had a flat after work and they fixed it for free, you can't beat that.
I understand being swamped but don't tell your customers your a little bit busy when it takes damn near two hours and you still haven't got to my car and tell me it'll be another half hour, drove to Pruett's in Homedale and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I worked at a tire store for about 5 years and we never took that long for a flat repair, I won't be coming back for anything!
These guy are great as always, they always offer the best customer service and strive for the highest level of custom satisfaction!
My experience yesterday is a perfect example of why I bring my cars to Les Schwab for tires. My wife was driving my car and along the way one of the rear tires blew. She was able to pull it off the road, but that was it and the tire was toast. I called Les Schwab, they sent a truck to my location, filled the tire with a temporary solution and I was able to drive it to their shop.
