I have been with les schwab for a long time but i think they're just soo busy that yesterday qas a bad day for me...miscomunication between customer and employee. I was there for atleast 2hrs and ended getting out of there unsatisfied
Must have been an off day for customer service! I asked the installer (politely) to NOT put on the wheel caps that go on on the center of each wheel. Reason because of using an air wrench to put on lug nuts scratches them. Then I asked to NOT put on the lug nut caps with a wrench. Their comment: "Would you like to put them on yourself when you get home?" Uhh, no, that's why I'm paying $60 to take off studded tires and putting on regular times! Think the workers stalled cause I was there 2-1/2 hrs this time! May have to look ... read more
Again, waited 2 hours for a flat repair. They used to be Awesome. Not anymore. 3 other people showed up after me and got their stuff done. I do thank les Schwab for training Jason (The owner of American Tire), Now they are awesome. Great customer service and fast and way cheaper
Took my Jeep in for an alignment and break check right as they opened at 8am, I was told it will take a couple of hours and if I wanted to wait, I said yes I'll wait. 3.5 hours later I noticed my Jeep hadn't even been touched yet, so I inquired on how long it would take, and was told an "an hour tops" so at 1210pm still hadn't been touched. I asked for my keys back, no one asked why, is something wrong, sorry, NOTHING! I was there from 1pm till 6pm just to see why my tires had slow leaks....ended up buying 2 new tires after the long wait....They did u good job on the tires 4 hours later .....and thet never maid more popcorn lol the fuck man �
