On the advice of a friend, I stopped in to the Lake Stevens Les Schwab to have my vehicle looked at. My experience was amazing! Just like in the commercials, I was greeted at my vehicle, they asked me the right questions, provided me with a quick quote (very reasonably priced) and they didn't try to up-sell me things I didn't need. Not only that, they had me out within 45 minutes. Les Schwab Lake Stevens is THE PLACE to go. Thank you so much!
I went in with a nail in my tire and they repaired it for free. They didn't try to sell me a new tire.
I love coming into this location, they always do a great job and are very helpful. There were people coming in at 5:50 and they still were awesome enough to let them know the wait and that they were willing to squeeze them in if they wanted to wait.

Very good customer service. I had been told they had my 4 tires in stock. After waiting awhile the manager realized they only had 3 made no excuses upgrade me to the next best for same price. Always will go back.
