Want a reliable brake inspection? DO NOT go to Les Schwab! My brakes started grabbing. Took truck in to Les Schwab - they told me my brakes were fine?!?!?! And the “grabbing was normal”!! Spoke to me like I’m a complete fool and a “dumb female” but tried to get me to spend $840 on new shocks simply because they are OEM. Why would I get new shocks if they are fine?? So I took truck into Firestone for a second opinion although I knew I needed them done. Well guess what?? I was right! My rotors were warped so they got replaced ... read more

These idiots trashed my center cap... $90 later I replaced it after these bums refused to return my phone calls...
Because they are lying rip off con artist salesman Is all they are Selling you parts you don't need that won't fix Your car they want to get you in-and-out As this is possibly So you have to come back to let them fix the parts that do need fixing That they intentionally didn't fix the 1st time you were there do yourself a favor and don't go back to the Lake Stevens WA' schwab

Great place to go if you live in LK Stevens
It was so easy to choose my tires and make my appointment online, and they had great options that fit my budget. When I got there, the people were so friendly and thoughtful. They had my tires on and ready to go in less than 45 minutes and still apologized that I had to wait!
