Took a tire in with a slow leak. 45 minutes later they had it all patched up and ready to go! Very helpful and quick!
I have been taking my vehicles to Les Schwabs for almost 15 years now without a single issue until now. I brought my vehicle to this Schwabs to have my winter tires mounted on my rims and when i received the vehicle back Saturday night all seemed fine. Fast forward to seeing the vehicle in daylight and I come to find out all 4 of my rims show damage along their lips. Same damage in almost the same spots. Went in to get new tires. Steve was awesome as usual. Told me it would be an hour or so. Had my van back in 45 mins. The staff is always so nice. Great customer service!
This place is the worst. I am never going back. First they didn't have anything I wanted which was okay so I just picked out something different. Once I went to pay I asked to pay what I had in cash and the rest on my car. They ended up having to use two calculators, three people and still got five different answers. Then the front desk last made a comment say that my boyfriend had been "irritated" all day. They finally came up with a total after 15 min.
