RecommendedI finally took my car in after stressing what the bill would be and it came to $0. Plus they had it in and out even while being a Friday. They fixed the issue that Toyota of Tricities failed to even notice/look for.
Quick service as always. Valve stem was leaking on the work truck. Didn't even have time to finish a cup of coffee.
I went to Daily Donuts this morning and my car wouldn't start when I was leaving. I called Les Schwab across the street and spoke with the manager who sent out an employee named Ryan with their company truck who not only gave me a jump start but guided me back to the shop and fixed the issue. Shout out to Ryan and the Pasco Les Schwab staff for being professional and going above and beyond for the community. Oh, and I highly recommend Daily Donuts cream filled maple bars.
One month ago, I was traveling with a group of 51 other people to B.C. Canada with Rotary for Rotary Youth Leadership Award, after we left Walla Walla, we made it to Shell gas station (halfway to our first student pickup) and we blew a tire. Luis came out to our location and replaced two of our tires on our bus. He was not only above schedule, but he let us ask him questions, take pictures, and learn about his job. Thank you to Luis for being such a lifesaver!
