Can't comment on the food, but I had one of the best hot chocolates here and it was UNDER $5 for a larger cup with NO extra charge for oat milk!!! I mean, how many places can you find anywhere that do that?! It's pretty big inside so you shouldn't have an issue finding a spot and well lit but not agonising on the eyes, and I'm pretty sensitive to those kinds of things! The person serving me was quite nice and helpful, I will be back!
Fantastic bread. The light rye and sunflower-sourdough were 10/10. Same with the oatmeal cookies. Good enough for me to take the time to write a review.
As I was waiting in line to be served, I watched as one of the girls behind the counter blow her nose into a napkin, put the napkin down on the bar behind the cash, and continue to take orders and serve food without washing her hands. Disgusting. The pastry I had was good but I won't be returning after seeing that unhygienic mess. If this is what she does in front of customers, I can't imagine what goes on when no one is around.
