The cap ended up leaking and they have not been real diligent about fixing the problem. They never got back to us. They just gaffed the problem off. We now have to pack everything in bins or plastic bags since it leaks so bad.
The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and communicating with our contractor about the features and installation of our new barn shed.
Not impressed with the experience of the staff. I purchased a commercial leer topper for my truck. Staff contacted when it arrived. I was not able to schedule for a couple of weeks. When I arrived to pick up the truck 8 hours later it was still not completed. They could not wire the electric locks to the truck. The shell was damaged by the rear window skirt. They did not have the keys to the side door locks. They were in possession of the top for 3 weeks prior to install and did not inspect to insure no damage or issues unti... read more
The sales rep was knowledgeable, made recommendations and offered brand options and price differences without being pushy which was much appreciated.
