We have lived in Leonard Gardens for almost 9 years. We enjoy the community and the neighbors we have, They are friendly and we all help each other out when we see that it's needed. The maintenance team is great at keeping the park looking good, Rex, Larry and the new guy are out in the community all the time picking up trash, plowing, or whatever needs to be done to keep it looking nice. Kim, Rex and Amanda are in the office and are available for any questions and issues. They do a great job.

We have lived in Leonard Gardens for 9 years. It is a great, family oriented community. There have been a lot of positive changes since the new owners have taken over. There is a new playground for the kids, the community room office is new and absolutely beautiful, The community is clean and inviting. The management is easy to work with. They are good at enforcing the rules, which keeps it a nice community to live in.

To many people speeding down the road and running stop signs. Scared someone's child that is at the park unsupervised is going to get hit by a vehicle. Vehicles going through with loud bumping music. I loved this park when I moved in. In the last year it seems that it now a trailer park and not the beautiful community it was when I first moved in 5 years ago.

I learned the hard way, looks are deceiving. This community looks nice because that's what the management wants you to see when you drive through. Many hidden issues, mainly flooding and water issues. When you ask for a resolution, the managers will lie for years until you finally hold them accountable. Even at that point, they are to incompetent to resolve anything. Once you have upset the tyrants that run this community, watch out, they will do whatever in their power to evict you. I love living and working at Leonard Gardens. Many improvements have been made in the last 6 month! We are excited to see what the future has in store for Leonard Gardens.
