I have lived in Maple Crest Manor for 17yrs., and have gone through several managers and maintenance supervisors. The current manager Jo Ann and maintenance supervisor Eddie are by far the best!!! The park has never looked better and been run better than it is now!!!

I have lived here 18 years and I believe Linda is the best gal ever to hold her position in the office. Always there to help resolve any issues. I do wish we could get repairs to our roads, I find them to be a tripping issue when out walking. I will say YES is lucky to have you working for them. Finally a manager that communicates!   I read everything you write to us and can”t thinking of any complaints. . Well maybe one,  I wish the hedges along the road were kept shorter.   When I stop at the stop sign it is hard to see a car coming until it is almost out where i can see it coming.

I am so happy with the sales and leasing department at Millstone Pond and Mary Boroughs in particular. Mary is ALWAYS professional, reliable and available on short notice to answer your calls, texts and emails. She is an expert in this field and is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for all of your leasing and buying needs at Millstone Pond.

I will start with this before you even pull into the TRAILER PARK keep going The manager here tries to make this place sound like it's so great and it's not. There are cops in and out of here all the time because of kids causing problems or other issues. Plus, the kids that live in the trailer park cause issues. There are always major plumbing issues. Nobody around here takes care of their homes, and it always look trashy. The managers Vicki & Ben only follow the community guidelines/lease when they want to. They will lie ... read more

No amenities offered in the park lot rent is high. We have lived in the community for 9 years. Wasn’t given a lease when we moved in. Years later and a new manager signed a lease. Then new manager again and was never told for the last two years that I was due to sign a lease and just being charged $50 extra a month for a little lot they do nothing for. We were never even given the code to the pool. For almost $900 a month they should do something for their residents like maybe mow the yards.

The manger Cheralynne Bridgewater is very meanspirited and money hungry. She fails to keep the maintenance men in check and keep up with the rental maintainace units request but she is always putting 100$ fees on ppls doors. I got hit with a few for having a piece of my car tire on the grass but my maintenance request for my ac hasn't been fixed or even inspected in a month. My kids and I have to live in 100 degrees heat because every year like clockwork the AC goes down dead in the middle of summer and again when the winter... read more

This community is quiet. However, I would not recommend renting here. The office is filled with people, but NO ONE ANSWERS the phones!! Then when you go there, you will see new staff every other month because they cannot seem to keep staff, now this becomes a problem because NO ONE ever knows anything. Now, it gets better, try and ask to speak to a manager, well the manager is more interested in her phone and hiding in her office.
