This place use to be a great place to live, you have the worse management working for this company, they nosey and make up their own rules. Yes communities is also a joke because when you do call them the call Kim and she acts all innocent like she doesn't do anything wrong. You got Rex who is lazy that makes everyone else do everything. At one time, I was their biggest fan. The truth is, management clearly picks and chooses what part of their job they're going to do in a day. They're not beneath lying, for any other reason except they've chosen to not do right! After starting the notification process to escrow my lot rent, they finally replaced the cement pad that caused injury to a delivery driver! I would like to say that I have had no problem with the management in the community. Rex and Kim are great with the community growing as fas as it has. It's a large community and they work hard to keep it running smoothly. There are always some people who won't be happy no matter what. My thing is that if you mind the rules and ask before you just do something, there won't be a problem. Amanda does a super job in the sales department. My parents have lived in Leonard Gardens for almost 12 years. They are happy there. It is their retirement home. The park is clean and the people that I have met are very nice. My parent's neighbors are very watchful over them since they are older. If they don't see them for a few days,they are checking on them to mkae sure that they are ok. That is a relief for me.
I want to say that the management in Leonard Gardens has always been fair and helpful to me and my wife.We have plenty of family events, like Pizza in the Park, Easter Egg Hunts, Christmas Party with Santa and Mrs Claus, Halloween Party with Trunk or Treat and community Potlucks just to name a few. It's a great community to raise your family in.
I have lived in this community for 12 years. I am proud to say that I live here. The community is clean and well kept. The maintenance man, Tristen, is friendly and always willing to help with anything he can.
All the new homes moving into Leonard Gardens is making the community look better every day! The new drives and sidewalks are coming together very nicely as well! It is truly wonderful to see the residents starting to get out again and socializing while they are taking a walk around the community! Everyone is so friendly and happy to help each other at any time! The maintenance team here is the best there is! Couldn't believe that there is a better place to call home! This is surely not a trailer park!
We have lived in Leonard Gardens for almost 9years. We enjoy the community and the neighbors we have. That are friendly and we all help each other out when we see that it is needed. The maintenance team is great at keeping the park looking good. Rex, Larry and the new guy are out in the community all the time picking up trash, plowing or whatever needs to be done to keep it looking nice.
