Quality and knowledgeable Service Department. Glad I purchased my 2015 Ram 1500 from them.
Todd lied right to my husbands face, said he could help us out then never called us back when he said he would, I left numerous voice mails just to be ignored its been over a week with no contact, my dad buys new cars off him every two years and I hope he stops now!!!
We have bought 2 new vehicles this year, after buying the first one, it was a no brainer to go back to Shapiro's for the second !!!
Commitments to take care of a couple minor issues (alignment, brake flush) not honored when I purchased a used Nissan Titan from this Leon Shapiro Motor Sales. Rude response by my salesperson Gloria when questioned about why it wasn't taken care of. Glad other people had good experiences, mine was not.
