Great Service , friendly Staff
Nicolas was amazing. Had an issue with my order and he was able to fix it. Great service and appreciated he remembered my name when i cam to pick up my order weeks later. Keep up the great service Nicolas 😃
Recently visit this location on the evening of 10/14/25 and received terrible customer service. The employee at the counter (a red-haired woman of larger statue) was dismissive and rude. I left without getting the issue resolved and walked out feeling frustrated. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again until management fixes how staff are trained.
I stopped by the LensCrafters at Macys Pembroke Lakes to check-out frames since I already had my prescription from another LensCrafters. Nicolas went above and beyond, helping me with insight as to which frames went well with my facial features, prescription, etc. I chose a pair of Prada frames which are truly beautiful.
