The admin Charleny "only works for the Doctor" can't be bothered to provide complete information to customers, doesn't work well with the floor staff and has a completely bad attitude. The floor staff back bites each other, has issues using their computers, the one we dealt with had ADHD, which I could deal with but after 2 hours of him being unable to focus paired with the incompetence of the admin and her attitude. We walked out.
