the replacement process and was charged an additional $25 for the frames and $25 for the lenses. Two weeks later, I received the replacement glasses and returned the old pair. Most importantly, the representative clearly explained to me that I had 30 days to report any issue or defect with the new glasses. Very, very sweet staff and very helpful as soon as I walked in. They fixed my glasses within five minutes!! Even if they thought that they couldn’t. In the beginning, they looked around for extra screws that might fit and help helped me out. Thank you so much!

The level of care and professionalism at this Lens Crafters is exemplary. The staff is top notch and made the experience very enjoyable. Debbie Kilbride and Faith went above and beyond to help me find the perfect frames. I love my glasses!! Absolutely recommend this store. Dr Larkin was the best also!!
Gaby is the best if you need glasses! Very patient and honest. Highly recommend her.
