I have been going to LensCrafters for a couple of years now. There are two segments to discuss with the first being the eye exam. Dr. Larkin is absolutely wonderful. She is very thorough and has an excellent bedside manner. However, as with a lot of corporate offices, the front office staff can be misleading. In my wife’s case who went there the week before me they were successful in getting an extra $90 from her that was not necessary. Me recomendaron este lugar para cambiar mis lentes y no lo recomiendo mande hacer mis lentes el 31 de diciembre y me dijeron que en 2 semanas estarian listos pasaron 3 meses y nunca les llego la montura si yo no hubiera ido a preguntar nunca me darian respuesta pienso que si no tienen un producto en stock no deberian ofrecerlo mas nunca volvere a ir y nobpienso recomendarlo a nadie.
