Incredibly friendly and helpful staff...efficient...just a great experience...def the place we'll use from now on...They took the time to compare insurance vs store sale price to make sure we were getting the best price. Glasses were ready for my kid in under an hour on a Saturday!
I've been a diligent shopper at LensCrafters for as long as I've been able to wear glasses. However, I've never been racially profiled the way I was while shopping today. Please trust and believe that my fiancé and I are not going to steal any of your eyewear. I will never come here again and will be taking my $600+ in frames and lens purchases elsewhere. Thank you for making my shopping experience very distasteful, rude and awkward.
