From the optometrist visit to the pick up of my glasses, I have been disappointed and frustrated with my LensCrafters experience. It took visits to two separate locations to get my glasses, and both locations were incompetent. I was mislead and misinformed about their ability to be able to fix a concern I had about the fit of my glasses. Customer Service. Their response to the quarantine measures are irresponsible. @Lencrafters has done a horrible job of taking care of their customers. I had 2 pair of glasses paid for and due before their Hamburg closed, and no one has called me or even attempted update me. I have tried multiple channels to communicate with them, phone, Facebook, Twitter and have only got delays and deflections. Some companies will not survive after the Covid-19 Pandemic and this should be one of them.

I’ve always had good experiences here until today! There were two ladies waiting when we came in. I need glasses and so did my son. We’re all waiting for assistance when this lip injection, platinum blonde, still not pretty girl walks in and instead of assisting the people who were already waiting the lady goes straight to her 😡 it was rude and disrespectful!
Customer Service sucks here. I've been sitting and waiting for 20 mins to get my glasses adjusted and no one has even looked my direction. Customers keep coming in after me and their getting taken care of.
They were able to accomodate us on the same day for an eye ulcer, they treated it quickly, on a weekend and everyone was very helpful and understanding!
I just wanted to thank everyone at this LensCrafters for being able to accommodate me tonight. I recently suffered heavy injuries in a car crash and lost my glasses. This location was able replace my glasses under my protection plan even though I didn't have frames to turn in and it meant a lot to me, especially with everything I've gone through over the last few days. My parents were even able to pick them up! I'll have to get them adjusted when I get discharged, but it is so nice to have them back. Thank you!
I got my glasses and sunglasses at Lenscrafters in Hamburg. While on a trip, the lens on my sunglasses got scratched...couldn't figure out how I did it since I always keep them in the case when I am not wearing them. They were wonderful when I went in and said they would give me new lens. I appreciate their wonderful customer service.
