Optometrists are great at this store but front office staff is horrible. Worst customer service ever. Ordered contacts on 7/24- over $200 order. Called three times (8/6, 8/23 and 9/6)- all three times I was told the contacts weren’t there and they had no idea what had happened to my order and someone would get back in touch with me. optometrist was phenomenal. when I walked to the sales floor to get my glasses... the customer service was non existent.
I bought my ray ban sunglasses from sunglass hut in Florida. I needed them serviced recently, replaced nose pieces. Sunglass hut in this mall didn't even look before telling me they didn't have the proper equipment to fix my nose pieces and sent me to LensCrafters. Upon first walking in, I was met with the same 'we can't help you' without even looking. But one male employee stepped up and said let me have a look and he was able to repair them with no problem. Getting our glasses cleaned and adjusted is sooooo good. It's like we got new glasses in five minutes. Thanks for the great service. I love being able to see so well. Wait. Who is that in my mirror? On second thought. ... LOL
