My experience was horrible!! The manager Jennifer was the worst ever!! She is rude and she canceled my prescription. She is the worst ever. I do not recommend this store!!
I had a 12 appointment and was seen at 1:15.
“Just 10 minutes left” turned into 45 minutes. No sense of urgency when attending to customers.
Dr. Cerra is amazing and loves what she does. Jennifer C. has top notch customer service. I do not remember the desk lady's name but she is sweet as can be. So thankful these ladies were so wonderful. I feel fabulous with my new glasses. Thank you so much!
My lenses were placed into the wrong frames. Stupid mistake understandable to an extend. Whoever was putting the lenses in wasn't paying attention. Had to deal with Amanda in regards to picking up my glasses, and my oh my was she quite a rude cookie.
