Went for my yearly appointment today....the one they texted me 6 times, emailed me 8 times, and called me about. Get there fill out the paperwork speak to the frazzled receptionist and get to the back room for my check up only to be told that they have changed management companies and my copay for today’s exam is $50. Mind you I’ve been a customer for a couple years and have vision insurance, so my exam has always been $10. So I ask is that price with insurance she says yes due to the new digital eye exam. So here's the thing. I can see fine with my current eyelass prescription, but I have been noticing a little more blurriness in my right eye, albeit not a dramatic change. I go to my local LensCrafters at Northwoods Mall for an eye exam. I have been going to this location for exams and glasses for a few years. My 2 girls and I had an appointment there today. When we arrived there was a table with directions on it. The customer service agent a black woman came up with attitude and said yes no how are you good afternoon can I help you do you have an appointment. I said we have an appointment she said who I said us. She said scan this walked off.
