I do not recommend this place. There is constantly new staff making it very unorganized. I complained many times about the apartment above me since it was rented out to people with two large dogs. Nothing was ever done to help. Location also sucks. Too many great places in Austin to rent from here.
RecommendedI truly cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff! I brought my clients here to tour a 1 bedroom. The leasing agent Joe Bourjaily greeted us and took us on an amazing tour. He was super friendly, knowledgeable of the property and made it extremely easy for my clients to decide as they were needing to move in within a couple of weeks. My overall experience was excellent. I was greeted by Lindsey when I first walked in. Her professionalism and knowledge about the property was very impressive. I was able to get the overall experience of the property through a very informative tour. It was Lindsey that helped me make the decision to lease with Lenox Apartments. The atmosphere and great customer service that the staff has makes this facility a great place to live.

Lenox Springs is exquisite! It’s resort-type feel makes you feel like 5 stars just by stepping onto the property. The staff is amazing. Exceptional management. And they provide free fitness classes to all residents! It’s expansive, gorgeous, and it’s a whole lot of serenity in a world full of crazy. ❤️
I love this place. I looked at several others that didn’t wow me. The first day I took a tour I signed up for my lease. Don’t regret it one bit. Great staff and amenities. Everything is clean and well kept. Spacious parking. The buildings have enough space between them so it doesn’t feel crammed. The pools are cleaned everyday and lawn is well kept.
I love this place! Awesome staff across the board, amazing amenities, and wide open spaces! Truly is a luxury community!
