Experienced excessive difficulty in scheduling to have work scheduled and then completed. Follow-up on minor issue has been equally difficult. Would question this company's schedule and time management prior to using them.
Used these folks as a fabricator for granite countertops for our remodel. Tops looked absolutely beautiful except for 3 cracks in the largest counter with sink cutout. Owner (Kray) came to look at it and--with no objection whatsoever--offered to get another slab from the stoneyard and remake that entire countertop! I'd read online reviews of other fabricators who try to pass stuff like cracks off as "fissures" and tell the homeowners to just live with it so I was afraid I'd get similar treatment.
