THE STORY OF LENNY’S: Family Owned and Operated for over 40 Years ​My father, Joseph DeCandia, was born in Bari, Italy and came to America in 1956 at the age of 18. He took odd jobs as a dishwasher, a baker and a butcher. In 1958 he took a job at “Lenny’s Pizza” in Brooklyn on 86th Street where he started to learn the pizza business. Went there with the family for dinner. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and prices. All of the the food was delicious; portions were abundant and the service was wonderful. The Lobster Fra Diavolo was delicious there was a huge lobster tail and plenty of shrimp and clams. All tasting very fresh. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of the food was outstanding. I would go back here in a heartbeat. ❤️

My mother in law gave my wife and I a gift card for Xmas we went to eat there last night after we eat I gave them the gift card and my waiter tells me it was empty this is the first time we used it and the owners father was there he was so rude to us he told me that’s was my problem I been going there for many years I guess I’ll take my business some where else and yes I had the receipt and he still didn’t do anything I would never go there or my family again.
