DO NOT BUY LENNOX PRODUCTS! I have reason to believe Lennox is still selling faulty evaporator coils. See Thomas vs. Lennox lawsuit which covered those who purchased Lennox AC units from 2007-2015. The case involved faulty evaporator coils and was eventually settled. My house was built in 2018 and only had a 5 year warranty and the coil busted year 7. Unit malfunctioned after 1 year
Very friendly very knowledgeable whenever I go there or need anything, I always request for Billy or Tim because they know what they are talking about. They can give me my parts on time when I come pick up equipment. It’s very fast and efficient. Great customer service from those two guys awesome people to work with. I’ve been using Lennox for over five years.
