DO NOT BUY LENNOX PRODUCTS! I have reason to believe Lennox is still selling faulty evaporator coils. See Thomas vs. Lennox lawsuit which covered those who purchased Lennox AC units from 2007-2015. The case involved faulty evaporator coils and was eventually settled. My house was built in 2018 and only had a 5 year warranty and the coil busted year 7. Unit malfunctioned after 1 year
Very friendly very knowledgeable whenever I go there or need anything, I always request for Billy or Tim because they know what they are talking about. They can give me my parts on time when I come pick up equipment. It’s very fast and efficient. Great customer service from those two guys awesome people to work with. I’ve been using Lennox for over five years.
Not sure how they expect to get new customers if they are going to totally rape you! 2x/$$$$ for a Lennox when compared to same SEER2/capacity Trane, Carrier, Heil or Rheem???? Counter personnel started arguing and left me. So I left them. Will never quote another Lennox.
