Wonderful place to live So many reasons to live here! Great location in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the movie theater and OSU's campus. Everything here is very clean and well-kept. The pool and grill area is really nice, too. You could not find a more friendly or helpful leasing staff.
Love It Love it so far. I love the location and its way nicer than my previous apartment. I love the lack of a size restriction on dogs here as well as the dog waste stations all over the complex. I would recommend it to anyone with the money who wants to live in a great location off of campus.
Great Experience at Lennox Flats Excellent experience at Lennox Flats so far. The location is perfect for the medical campus at OSU, and it has a great proximity to downtown Columbus too. The front office staff and the maintenance staff are excellent as well. Overall I would definitely recommend.
Lennox Excellent experience at Lennox Flats. Great location for game days, classes, as well as getting to pretty much anywhere within Columbus. I've been very impressed with the staff and not only their friendliness but also concern for happiness and safety. About a month in to my lease they added a fantastic grill area at the pool and it has been a really great addition and almost every night you'll see people out there grilling, yet it's never obnoxiously loud, just a nice environment. Overall would definitely recommend!
Really nice tbh Idk how much the complex has changed in the past year, -pokes one star a couple down- but I moved in a couple months ago, haven't had a single noise complaint. Haven't seen any beer bottle throwing. I guess I'm on the side of the complex that is away from the trains so I kind of hear it if I'm awake but it isn't loud and doesn't wake me up? It comes at 1am usually, only one train per night and then one or two during the day. I'm not a heavy sleeper. The walls are pretty thick.. The parking lot lights aren't b... read more
Lennox Flats Great location- close to Ohio State campus, downtown, and Grandview area. The office staff is amazing and so helpful in finding the perfect place for anyone. Each apartment has updated features and appliances. The only downfall is being so close to the train tracks, but that is something I have gotten used to in the short week I have been living here.
No bang for your buck This complex, located near Ohio state university campus is not worth your time. It's located in Grandview Ohio and was told all units are rented to young professionals. It's actually all students who throw beer bottles in the courtyard and listen to loud music until the wee hours of morning. The floor to ceiling windows in each unit do not open, which no one will tell you during the walk thru. I moved in for the dog washing station which ended up never being built.
