Perfect Fit I was looking for a place to move that better fit my needs right out of college and Lennox Flats was the perfect fit. The move in process could not have been any easier. The team in the office was a big help and responded in a timely manner to any questions that I have had. I can't wait to continue to live here.
Great location! Love Lennox Flats! These apartments are in the best location. It is a very safe location! Located very close to a Target and Barnes&Noble and Starbucks! While the apartments are a little bit on the smaller side, they have nice modern appliances (washer/drier, nice countertops, etc) and you cannot hear your neighbors at all. Great! I recently moved in, and honestly it's nice to know that the only hassle with moving is actually moving my furniture rather than trying to jump through hoops just to get the place. Everything went super smooth, and the apartment is worth it! Proximity to target is a huge plus for moving, and knowing that I'm this close to campus makes the upcoming semester seem so much better!
Bug problems and Dump The apartments are infested with bugs so if you like living with bugs then live here! The lights outside your door (that you have no choice to pay for) attracts millions of mosquitos flies moths and etc. it doesn't make any sense and makes the place look like a dump. There has also been a fire alarm going off for days, isn't that a fire hazard? But they love barging in your apartment and being nosey to do a fire check every other month so why is a alarm going off so loud I can hear it apartments away. T... read more
Love it! Moved in earlier this month, have had a great experience so far. Lovely furnishings in the apartment, small gym and pool (all you need) walking distance to the medical center and Lennox town center which has shops and restaurants. Well maintained and safe.
Modern apartments, great customer service! Just recently moved into Lennox Flats and I couldn't be happier with the experience so far! This complex is close to a nice grocery store, neighborhood restaurants, downtown, and in a great location for someone attending or working at OSU. I've been so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and responsiveness of the leasing and maintenance team and they have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home here!
First apartment, great fit! Before I moved in, actually before I even signed the lease, the Lennox Flats staff was very helpful in my apartment search. I wasn't from the area and did not have time to come look at an apartment, but they gave me virtual tour instead over FaceTime. The move has been great, it's a great apartment, very clean and quiet complex, in a great location!
Great location I love the location as it allows me to walk to work and is close to the Lennox Town Center. The community is friendly and the office staff have always been helpful.
