A experience Just moved in a little over a month ago. Leasing office staff have been super helpful during move in and in the first few weeks getting set up. So far all of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours, which is fantastic. Overall, the apartment is great high ceilings and lots of natural light. Common areas are clean and well kept, I'm very pleased with my experience so far!

Apartments are not worth the cost I really wanted to enjoy living here. Unfortunately, the negatives significantly outweighed the positives. I apologize for the bad formatting (seems that the website does not support bullet point lists): •There are an abundance of non-negotiable fees that are not made clear until you are signing the lease. Great Location, Great Design I have been living here for a week now. So far I really like the place. The location is very convenient and is a walking distance to campus.The condition of the apartment when I moved in was great. All the appliances are like-new. The apartment is beautifully designed. Overall, the place is definitely worth it.
Everything you need and more! I am a student athlete on the OSU Swim Team, and I am constantly go go go with my schedule. I like how there isn't a noise problem, so I'm able to study and sleep when needed. When I'm walking to 6AM practice in the morning, it isn't a long walk because it's so close to campus. When I have a little time to relax, it's nice to be able to chill by the pool in the sun and grill, along with watching tv/movies in the theater room. Highly recommend to serious students and athletes!
Awesome place! I love this apartment complex and the area. I am walking distance from the Ohio State Vet school and the staff her is awesome. They are very accommodating and are always there to help out whenever you need. Each apartment is up to date with appliances and you get a couple amenities such as a pool and a workout area. No complaints here!
Great so far I have only lived here for a couple of weeks but everything has been great so far. Chrissy is great, always answers my questions in a timely manner and is super nice! I don't hear my neighbors at all, only when my below neighbor slams their door shut which is not very often. Yes, there is train noise, but that must be quite obvious when you're 200 feet from a train track (not sure what people are expecting when they choose to live here then complain about train noise). True Luxury - Like Living in a Hotel! The Lennox Flats apartments are truly luxury rentals. From the high ceilings to granite kitchen tops, to wood flooding and truly wonderful appliances, you are going to feel like you live in an upscale hotel here. Unlike most rentals in greater Columbus, the Lennox has a fridge and freezer with an automatic ice machine and a really nice washer/dryer in every unit.
