Gary was very helpful in ordering the pool table and it came in the estimated time frame. Rodger and Jamie were spectacular installing it. They finished early, were very professional, and it looks great!
Had the occasion to get a set pool balks, Triangle, cues, and rack. The crew was timely, courteous, and quick. It was a great experience. Thank you, leisure zone.
We initially made contact with this FAMILY business at the UNI Sport's Show. "Spa consultant" (had to work that in) Aaron patiently answered all of our questions and intrigued us enough to visit the store for a "trial soak". More questions were asked and answered competently by Aaron and Felipe (who makes a great cheese plate). Bottom line is that we are now anxiously awaiting the arrival of our 3 person spa.
If possible, I would give them no starts. Horrible experience now that this company has changed hands to Leisure Zone. Previous owners of this company have installed and winterized our fiberglass in ground saltwater pool for the last three years. Leisure Zone took over the company in 2016. Foolishly, we thought that they knew what they were doing. Not so. They winterized our pool day before yesterday (10/11/16) and drained it to 2/3 full.
