ZERO! ZERO! ZERO! STARS!!! I had their repairman out to do a simple replacement of a heater in our hot tub. They put the wrong one in. Made the hot tub leak because they broke a connection putting it in. Finally fixed that. But, since the WRONG heater was installed, it shorted out the circuit board, the control panel, and both pumps. THEY RUINED MY HOT TUB AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY! Do not have them do any repairs. They are incompetent.
We bought a new hot tub in November and the tub showed up early, staff came out and put it in place promptly, along with giving us very clear directions on how to perform proper start up. Anytime I have had questions, they have been very accurate in answers with no delays. In addition, they have made me aware of any specials so that I could save money which is very appreciated.
