Let me tell you about Leisure Living Mobile Home Park. Worst experience ever living in a mobile home community, Lot rent was $275.00 month when i moved into the park on Nov 2015 also included water and garbage. Within the first 3 months of living there they increases rent to $289.00 month PLUS Water and Garbage fees. Now they are raising it to $303.00 a month PLUS WATER!!! Absurd!!! Is there anything we can do legally?
