I was in at this salon 2 weeks ago to get my hair colored for the first time with the owner herself. I was impressed at how large the place was but the service and welcome I received was cold. I had to wait at the front, while the recepionist was finishing texting on her mobile and munching on snacks. After being shown around I waited for almost 45 minutes so that the colorisit could color my hair. I was not even offered refreshments and had to ask for soda which I guess they did not carry. I was surprised to read a remarkably distasteful review of what I think of as an excellent salon. I too am a long-time client of this establishment and never have had even a disappointing experience, much less a "horrible" one. Leigh Anns staff are salon-educated extensively beyond their formal state licensing programs. Over the years, I have witnessed numerous stylists training, and I have seen that the majority of them stay with the salon when this training is complete.
