Overall i love the look and feel of the place, but there always seems like there is so much going on you cant just relax. the stylist are very good at what they do. my feelings are still mixed on the place. i personally like leigh anns better at her old place where you got great hair, and was able to feel comfortable there and they liked you for who you are and not what your yearly income is.

I really love my hair stylist Kristy. Unfortunately, I do not like their front office staff. Making an appointment is like pulling teeth. They are the face of the company and need to realize that if they are rude or short with the people paying their wages, they arent going to make much money.

It is a nice enviornment. I think the lights are dimmed to low, and when I had my hair colored to cover the grey it was not colored as asked becuase I think of the lighting. To bad.

Went to Leigh Ann the owner previously but she overcharged and underdelivered, seemed to take her clientele for granted as a way to pay for the lease and expenses, didnt listen to what I wanted. Jessica Olsen on the otherhand was a wonderful surprise was extremely focused and found she was so concerned with doing a great job she didnt find time for small talk. Talented and really appreciative of her clients!!One of the best services Ive ever had!! Thank you Jessica!!

I was in at this salon 2 weeks ago to get my hair colored for the first time with the owner herself. I was impressed at how large the place was but the service and welcome I received was cold. I had to wait at the front, while the recepionist was finishing texting on her mobile and munching on snacks. After being shown around I waited for almost 45 minutes so that the colorisit could color my hair. I was not even offered refreshments and had to ask for soda which I guess they did not carry.
