HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE 5 years ago, I had my car repaired by Lief's and they did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. So I returned without doing any research. A branch fell on my car and cracked the windshield and a very small dent on the top of the fender. Then ensued one day short of a month of lies, delays, and shoddy workmanship. Leif's is horrible with communication. They never call with updates. Their communication with the insurance company is also horrible as well. The insurance company paying the claim almost canceled my rental becuase Leif's was not updating them regularly. They may use factory parts but the lack of customer service does not make it worth it. Excuses and phone calls that were never returned. This pretty much sums up my experience with Leif's. We started dealing with Leif's in march of 2015 after my daughter's car was hit while parked. The first thing we noticed within a week of having the vehicle back was the paneling behind the front drivers side wheel had come loose and was a half an inch from the ground. **BEWARE** Do not take your vehicle to Leif's for auto body work. In a nutshell, they had my vehicle for over 1 1/2 months literally. I was told that they would do a courtesy clean of the vehicle before getting it back; that never happened. My organized console piece (that was upright) was left flipped down, with everything being tossed and thrown all over the floor that was on it. So all my change, pennies, magazines, leather gloves etc... were just thrown everywhere on the vehicle floor... like someone trashed it! My radio... read more

Please writHorrible experience at Leif's Car Care - Tigard, Oregon location. I can see why Mr Leif Hansen has been arrested countless times for drugs, assualt and theft - he's very crooked. The Oregon Dept of Justice has investigated his business several times and now again in 2015 the Attorney General will be taking action. The Better Business Bureau has Leif's listed with an F- that's very shocking and should be a huge red flag.
