I have used Leif's for all our Auto body repairs for years. I have had them take on the insurance companies to make sure our car gets back to pre-loss condition. Just recently we had to take a car in for repair that only had just over 50 thousand miles that was rear ended. It was also a hit and run which means we are on the hook for the deductible. they charge 80 dollars a day for storage charges. If you choose to not get the car repaired by their shop they will charge you 20% of the insurance estimate. total slime balls. they will manipulate you and trap you into spending every last dime the insurance is willing to pay. they wont even give you an estimate until the insurance gives them an estimate. HORRIBLE

HELD my vehicle hostage, racked up fees, horrid service, hung up on. Minor fender bender. When my insurance company suggested that I retrieve my vehicle just an hour after I dropped it off, they insisted on keeping it until they had the paperwork for the expenses already racked up, saying the paperwork would take 2 days. Had to go to their shop to get them to stop any work on my vehicle. Then had to return to get them to release it to my insurance company. I wish we had read the reviews before going there - live and learn. They had our car for 6 weeks , wouldn't give a written estimate to us the owners, we caught them in several lies and the picked up a car last Friday fr them - and the windows were left down - the guy said turn on the heat and walked away. We will NEVER go there again!! It was a nightmare! !
Awful, horrible legal extortionists--that is what Leifs is. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They should be out of business. My sister got in a minor fender bender and they kept her car for 45 days and now are charging her four thousand dollars in storage fees to get it back. And it's still not repaired!!! Her job is reliant on her car and now her job is in jeopardy. They don't care. They're out to get your car and your money. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. What a scam this place is! After my car being in there for 2 months we finally git it back. We were promised free oil changes for life but then they wanted 70 dollars for an oil change. Stay away from this place!
14 march pick up Jeep, rear end makes a loud clunking noise Leif’s service people claim it is a bad pot, rear end. Update Final: Ok my opinion of Leif’s is that they are a finishing school for clowns. The loud clunking noise was fixed by Holbrook automotive, Leif’s put the wrong fluid in the differential. The wife said “this thing steers like a clown car”, had Holbrook look at that also Leif’s didn’t put shims in the front end when they installed the lift. Leif's Auto Collision Center sucks. My vehicle has been there in tirely too long and they can't tell me when I'm going to get it back I'm about ready to go down there and take my truck out and punch the individual in the nose who is responsible for keeping it there so long.
