Dr. Lei was very thorough and even went over a treatment plan that my son was comfortable with.
I was on time for my appointment but someone else was late and I was seen 20 minutes late. Therefore I was late to other commitments as I had factored in glasses selection into my plan. Maybe in the future, request a stricter adherence to appointment times.

Dr Lei was quick but thorough. He is the only reason why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this for future guests. I was disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. The staff was not very welcoming and seemed uninterested in helping with basic questions.
