LOVE LOVE LOVE this business. I ordered some orchid lei's for a wedding and got it on time at their millcreek location. Cinta, who was helping me was THEE best! Her customer service 10 stars!!! Poke broke da mouf - we tried all 3 different poke!! the ling hi mui gummy bears thee bomb. The best poke I've ever tasted since I moved to Utah from the islands. DON'T SKIP ON SAVAGE FISH!
Wonderful experience with Lei Away! I ordered a money lei, orchid sweetheart lei and maile lei for a graduation. Lavinia was super responsive to my many (email) questions and on pick-up day, the leis were fresh and ready to go. We received so many compliments on the leis and our grad was so happy. With the easy of their online ordering, responsive customer service and beautiful handiwork, Lei Away will be my pick for all my future lei needs!
Great leis for graduation
I ordered a lei 8 days before our graduation and paid $40 in shipping to ensure it arrived in time. It never did. When you call the store you aren't allowed to talk with anyone or leave a message. UPDATE: After calling several different numbers I finally got through to the owner and she was apologetic and promised a full refund. I will update the rating when/if the refund is processed.
